INQUIRE about the technician's formal training. (school diplomas, specifically for Permanent Makeup)

ASK about her experience. Permanent Makeup takes years to master.  Read letters of recommendation or talk to past clients.

LOOK at before and after pictures of her work.

INVESTIGATE the pigments she will use.  Poor quality pigments will turn undesirable colors, such as blue, green or orange.

IF she has an artistic background, all the better.  Applying properly shaped eyebrows, eyeliner and lips is an art!

NEVER NEVER choose a technician based on price.  Often, technicians who advertise low prices, have no formal training.
